What workspaces give you
Shared library
All members see and can work with the same files, so nothing lives in a single person’s account.
Team share links
Create share links as the workspace rather than as an individual, keeping branding and ownership consistent.
Member controls
Invite and remove members at any time and assign each person a role that matches their responsibilities.
Activity feed
See exactly who uploaded, shared, or changed what — so your team always has a clear audit trail.
Workspace vs. personal library
Not everything belongs in a workspace. Use the table below to decide where your files should live.| Personal library | Workspace | |
|---|---|---|
| Access | Just you | All members |
| Ownership | Files owned by you | Files owned by the workspace |
| Share links | Created by you | Created by any member (based on role) |
| Best for | Personal files | Team projects, client accounts |
Workspace roles
Every member of a workspace has one of four roles. Roles control what a member can see and do inside the workspace. Owner — Full control over the workspace, including settings, billing, member management, and all files. Each workspace has exactly one Owner. Admin — Can manage members and all files, and can update workspace settings. Admins cannot change billing details or transfer ownership. Editor — Can upload files, create share links, and edit workspace content. Editors cannot invite or remove other members. Viewer — Read-only access to workspace files. Viewers cannot upload files, create share links, or manage anything in the workspace. You can belong to multiple workspaces and switch between them from the workspace selector in the top-left.
