Sending invitations
Open the Members settings page
Open the workspace, click the gear icon in the sidebar to open Workspace settings, then select Members.
Enter email addresses
Type one or more email addresses. To invite multiple people at once, separate each address with a comma.
Select a role
Choose the role you want to assign to all invitees in this batch: Admin, Editor, or Viewer. You can adjust individual roles after they join.
Pending invitations
Invitations that haven’t been accepted yet appear under Workspace settings → Members → Pending. From this list you can:- Resend an invite if the original email was missed or expired
- Cancel an invite if you no longer want to grant that person access
Roles assigned at invite time
You choose each invitee’s role when you send the invitation. You can change a member’s role at any time after they accept and join the workspace. See the Workspaces overview for a full description of what each role can and cannot do.Invitation limits by plan

Accepting an invitation
Here’s what the experience looks like for the person you’ve invited:Receive the invitation email
The invitee gets an email from StaccShare with a personal Accept invitation link.
Sign in or create an account
Clicking the link takes them to StaccShare, where they sign in to an existing account or create a new one if they don’t have one yet.
