As your library grows, search and filters help you find the right file fast. StaccShare’s search works across file names, collection names, and share titles in your personal library and any workspace you belong to.

Searching by name

Click the search bar at the top of any page — or press / to focus it from anywhere — and start typing. Results appear instantly as you type any part of a file or collection name. Search is scoped to your current view. If you’re browsing a workspace, only files in that workspace are searched. Switch to Personal in the sidebar to search your personal library instead.

Filtering results

After searching, use the filter panel on the left to narrow down your results.
Filter by file category: All, Images, Documents, Video, Audio, Archives, or Collections.
Narrow results to a specific time window: Today, This week, This month, or a Custom date range you define.
Show only files that are Shared, Not shared, or whose links have Expired.
You can combine any number of filters at the same time to zero in on exactly what you need.

Sorting your library

Use the Sort dropdown in the top-right of the library grid to change the order of your files.
Sort optionOrder
NameA → Z or Z → A
Upload dateNewest first or Oldest first
File sizeLargest first or Smallest first

Browsing by type

Use the sidebar shortcuts to jump straight to a pre-filtered content type view: Images, Documents, Video, or Audio. Each shortcut opens a filtered view of your library so you can browse without typing a search query.
If you’re looking for a share link rather than a file, go to Shares in the sidebar — you can search and filter all your active and expired links there.
