A collection is a named group of files that you can share with a single link. Instead of sending multiple links, bundle your files into a collection and share one URL. Recipients see all the files together on one page and can preview or download each one from there.

Creating a collection

1

Go to Collections

Click Collections in the left sidebar to open the collections view.
2

Start a new collection

Click New collection.
3

Name your collection

Give the collection a name and, optionally, a short description to help you identify it later.
4

Create the collection

Click Create. The collection is created empty and ready for files.
5

Add files

Click Add files to select files from your library, or drag files from the library panel directly onto the collection card.
You can also create a collection directly from any file: hover the file → Add to collectionNew collection.

Adding and removing files

To add files to an existing collection, open the collection, click Add files, select the files you want, then click Add. To remove a file, open the collection, hover the file, click , then select Remove from collection. This removes the file from the collection only — it stays in your library.

Sharing a collection

1

Open the Share dialog

In the Collections view, hover the collection card and click Share.
2

Configure the link

Set an optional custom title, choose a link expiry date, and select the permission level (view only or allow downloads).
3

Copy and send the link

Click Create share link, copy the URL, and send it to your recipients.
Recipients land on a collection page listing all files. They can preview each file inline and download files if you’ve enabled that permission.

Collection view counts

StaccShare tracks engagement for every collection share link — including total page views and per-file download counts. To see the stats, open the Shares dashboard or click Share on the collection and view the analytics inside the Share modal.

Updating a collection

You can add or remove files from a collection at any time. The share link always reflects the current state of the collection, so recipients always see the latest set of files when they visit the link.
If you remove a file from a collection, it disappears from the shared collection page immediately — even for recipients who already have the link.

Deleting a collection

To delete a collection, go to Collections, hover the collection card, click , then select Delete.
Deleting a collection invalidates all of its share links. Any recipient who visits an old link will see a “not found” page. The individual files inside the collection are not deleted from your library.
