What file types can I upload?
StaccShare accepts images, documents, video, audio, and archive files. Visit the Upload page in the app for the full supported list. Any other file type can still be uploaded and shared for download — it just won’t have a browser-based preview on the share page.

What happens to my files if I cancel my plan?
Your files and share links are kept — you’re not locked out. You’ll be moved to the Free plan. If your stored data exceeds the Free plan’s storage limit, you’ll be prompted to delete files until you’re within the limit. No files are deleted automatically.

Are my files private by default?
Yes. Every file you upload is private until you deliberately create a share link. Only you — and members of any workspace you belong to — can see your library. Files are never publicly accessible without a share link.

Yes. The Free plan gives you up to 5 GB of storage, share links with expiry up to 30 days, and access to all core StaccShare features. No credit card required to sign up.

What's included in Pro vs Team?
- Pro adds unlimited storage, no-expiry share links, and custom branding (your logo and colours on share pages).
- Team includes everything in Pro, plus workspace collaboration, multiple members, team roles, and a shared Shares dashboard.
How do I get a receipt or invoice?
How do I get a receipt or invoice?
Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices. Every invoice is available to download as a PDF. Invoices are generated automatically at each billing cycle.

Are my files encrypted?
Are my files encrypted?
Yes. All files stored on StaccShare are encrypted at rest using AES-256. All data in transit — including uploads, downloads, and share link access — is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
