Your StaccShare public profile is a page at staccshare.com/yourname that you can use to showcase selected files and collections. It’s a simple, shareable portfolio or media page that anyone can visit without a StaccShare account — ideal for freelancers, creators, and teams who want a single link to their best work.

Enabling your public profile

1

Open your Profile settings

Go to Settings → Profile.
2

Toggle on your public profile

Switch Enable public profile to on.
3

Confirm your username

Make sure you’ve set a username at Settings → Profile → Username — this becomes the last part of your profile URL. If you haven’t set one yet, you’ll be prompted to do so before the profile can go live.
4

Your profile is live

Visit staccshare.com/[username] to see your public profile page. Share this URL anywhere you like.

Adding content to your profile

Your public profile only shows files and collections you’ve explicitly marked as “on profile” — nothing appears automatically.
For a file:
  1. Open the file’s Share modal
  2. Create a share link (the file must be shared before it can appear on your profile)
  3. Click Show on your profile
  4. You’ll be taken to the Public Profile settings where you can confirm and manage the item
For a collection: follow the same steps via the collection’s Share modal.

What your profile looks like

When someone visits your public profile, they see:
  • Your display name and profile photo (if set)
  • Your bio (if set), shown beneath your name
  • A grid of your selected files and collections
Visitors can click any item to open its share page, where they can preview or download the file based on the share permissions you’ve set.

Customising your profile

Add a bio

Go to Settings → Profile → Bio and write a short bio of up to 160 characters. It appears directly under your display name on your public profile.

Upload a profile photo

Go to Settings → Profile → Profile photo and upload an image. This photo appears on your public profile page and in any workspace context where your identity is shown.

Custom branding (Pro/Team)

On Pro and Team plans, go to Settings → Branding to set a custom share page background colour and upload a logo that overrides StaccShare’s default branding across your share pages and profile.

Set your username

Go to Settings → Profile → Username to change your username. Note that changing your username changes your public profile URL — update any links you’ve already shared.
Use your public profile as a simple portfolio link. Put staccshare.com/yourname in your email signature, social media bio, or on your website to give anyone instant access to your best work.

Disabling your profile

If you want to take your public profile offline:
  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Toggle Enable public profile off
Your profile URL will return a “not found” page to visitors. All of your files and collections remain in your library, and any existing share links you’ve created are not affected — only the public profile page itself goes offline.
