Upgrading your plan
When you upgrade mid-cycle, you’re charged only the prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing period. Your next full charge occurs at the start of the following billing cycle.
Managing your payment method
To add or update a payment method:- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment methods.
- Click Add payment method to add a new one, or click Edit next to an existing method.
- Enter your details and save.

You can save multiple payment methods and set one as the default. Charges are always applied to your default payment method.
Invoices
StaccShare automatically generates an invoice for every charge on your account. To view and download your invoices:- Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices.
- Click Download PDF next to any invoice.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your paid plan:- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
- Review the cancellation details and click Confirm cancellation.

Nothing — your paid plan and all its features remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing period.

What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Your files are always retained — StaccShare never deletes your content when you downgrade. Existing share links remain active. However, if your total storage exceeds the 5 GB free plan limit, you’ll be prompted to delete files to bring your usage back within the limit before you can upload new content.

Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Change billing period to switch between monthly and annual billing. Switching to annual billing typically offers a discounted rate. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Refunds are available within 7 days of a charge. To request a refund, contact the StaccShare support team at support@staccshare.com with your account email and the charge you’d like refunded.
